Day 7: Friends

I have been blessed with a multitude of great friends throughout my life. They are all so very different from each other, and I love having that variety. I wish so dearly that I could go through each of them, for I love them all, but for the sake of time I will go through just a few:

Red haired friend with glasses. You probably know him. He plays a bunch of instruments, his family is crazy and gets together and makes weird movies and puts them on YouTube. When you go to his house you are allowed to eat whatever you want. He has a sticker collection underneath his counter. He never washes his scarf. He can make me laugh like pretty much no one else.

Tall lanky kid who also has glasses. I used to tell him he had a squid hair cut and then he cut his hair. He is extremely talented and also extremely intelligent. He appreciates classy things. His mom draws pictures on his lunch sack every single day, or at least she did until he got a metal lunch box. I feel like I can tell him anything, even ridiculous things that a lot of people wouldn't care about, but I know that he cares. He always laughs at my lame jokes.

Short girl with short hair. She can be very nerdy, but is definitely one of my favorite people to be around. She sends me random texts about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. She is one of those people who accepts everyone, no matter who they are. She doesn't care what mistakes you've made, she just cares about having fun being your friend. She has probably had more boyfriends than any other girl I know, we laugh about this on a regular basis.

Boy who is the craziest dancer I have ever seen. I feel like I can be completely myself around him without holding back because I know that he loves me for who I am. He is probably the most fun person to dance with on the planet. Sometimes he will dance so hard that he throws you into other people, and other people stare and laugh at you, but that is just fine with me. Appreciates doing crazy and random things with me, even if it's just to walk through a cemetary and talk. Has one of the greatest smiles I have ever seen.

Blond haired girl who also dances: She feels things very deeply. She is always kind and willing to go out and do fun things. Sometimes is crazy, sometimes is calm. Loves to dance, and takes it seriously. Committed to everything she does. Throws the greatest parties in the world. Has the best house for a game of Murder in the Dark. Always dresses very well and has her own unique taste in fashion.

And here is my best friend Shelby Frampton. I met her back in the olden days of fourth grade when we were but nine year olds going through the awkward stage of pre-teen life.

We have been through everything together, from boy drama to being pulled over by cops who think we are on drugs. She knows me better than just about anyone. In some things we are similar, in other things we are different. Our differences compliment each other though, and I think that's why we've been friends for so long. We are basically family. I'm quite certain that we'll be friends up until we are old women who get together and knit and eat soup. She's determined in everything she does, talented at the piano, and enjoys being classy. Has a talent for talking to people and making lots of friends. Knows exactly who she is and isn't afraid to be just that.
