As of Late

Today I took the day off and oh has it been wonderful. This past week I've barely had time to breathe, much less time to actually relax and well, blog.

I made it through the first of three weeks of my CNA class! Woo!

Yesterday the Easter Bunny made a stop at our house and brought us some candy and movies. We don't have children but I'm of the opinion that 'if you don't believe, you don't receive' and so the Easter Bunny comes to us anyway. Easter isn't just about all that fancy stuff though, we were able to celebrate our Savior and his resurrection yesterday too. I am so grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ and for his perfect example to us.

I am trying to come to terms with the fact that it's ok to be poor. We have all the money for the things that we need right now, and even though it's good to always be striving to improve our lives and increase our income, I have to remember to be grateful for what we do have and to enjoy the time of life that we are in. All comes in it's due time. I don't need a brand new couch right now after all, right? Haha.

I am watching Hitch right now. I love this movie.

Ahh how I love the boy in that picture. My husband is the best.

Well I've gotta Texas Roadhouse green bean recipe to go make so I am off...
